Welcome to CIRCUIT RUNNING we look forward to welcoming you to our Rhino Run.

The run is to celebrate awareness of save the rhino and the effort that Chris Green AKA Rhino Boy Chris puts into raising awareness of the save the cause, some of the proceeds of the run will go towards Chris's cause.

Start time 7:30 am registration 7:00am, if your starting before 8am you'll have to bring a head torch to run.

Course: The route will be an out and back 3.28 miles course along the river thames, if your wanting to run a 5k there be a earlier turn point also if you're wanting a 10k it'll be doing the 5k lap twice.

Rhino Run is a 6 hour challenge where you can run from 5k all the way up to ultra marathon within the time limit you can start a last lap up to 5:59:59 hrs after the start time.

What do I get for taking part: After finishing you'll receive a bespoke medal and one of our 5 piece goody bags.

Toilet facilities: Toilets and changing facilities will be available at the rowing club. 

Baggage storage: There won't be an official bag drop you can leave bags next to the start finish line but is unmanned meaning items are left at participants own risk.

Parking: There is a large amount of parking on site at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds, but it unfortunately you'll have to pay to park.

Aid table: At the end of each lap there'll be a aid table with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of different food available for you to help yourselfs to every time you pass the aid table.

Please be considerate to other path users with our event being held on a public footpath.

The run is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules

Maximum distances permitted under rules are as follows:

Age 12-13 years. 5,000m

Age 14-15 years. 6,000m

Age 16 10,000m

Age 17 25,000m

Age 18-19 45,000m

Age 20 and over. No maximum distance
