Can I transfers my event place ?

transfers are available up to 7 days before an event to another event or between 2 people which can be done by yourself on the entry system, you can also within 7 days of the event date and up to 48 hours before the event transfer your event place to another event for a £5 fee. We don't offer refunds.

Question 2

Are there Aid/feed tables ?

on the 6 hour timed events there'll be an aid table every lap with liquids like water, squash, fizzy drink and a selection of foods available (Events will be cup and bottle less so you will have to bring a cup or bottle with you for fluid refills), you are welcome to leave your own drinks or food at the aid table for you to have but we advise you mark it with your name.

Will there be results ?

results should be published within 24hrs of the event finishing.

What do I get for taking part ?

after finishing you will get a medal and a goody bag.

Can I run with head or ear phones ?

we recommend that you don't use them for safety reasons, but if you do it's at your own risk.

Can I run with animals ?

it is not permitted to participate with any animals while taking part in the event.

Is there a bag drop ?

there isn't an official baggage drop but you can leave stuff at the start where the aid table is but is left at your own risk.

When will I get my event number ?

event numbers will be picked up at registration on the morning of the event.

When will I receive a race breifs ?

Race breifs will be sent out 1 week before events.

Creating a user account after registration

Accepted Answer

Creating a user profile allows you to manage all of your bookings in one place and take advantage of any other benefits offered by an organiser.

These can include loyalty points earned for entering an event, a record of your results, or credit earned through any referral scheme in place.

If you didn’t elect to create a user profile during registration for an event, you can do so by viewing your booking via the link in your confirmation email and click to Create Account where indicated. You will be asked to provide a password, and can then use the same login credentials to sign in to your profile with any organiser using the eventrac platform to host their events.

I purchased Refund Protect with my booking, how do I submit a claim?

If you purchased Refund Protection with your entry, your confirmation email will include your claim reference, and links to both the website through which you can submit a claim, and the Terms & Conditions you accepted during purchase that will be applicable to any such claim.

Refund Protect is a service offered by a third party provider. Neither the organiser of the event - nor eventrac as the software provider through which the purchase was made - have any influence over the subsequent outcome of any claim submitted to the provider. You must contact them directly via email reply to the initial confirmation you receive when first submitting a claim.

Refund protection is not applicable if the event is cancelled/postponed by the organiser. In this case you will need to contact them directly to discuss your original entry.
